Leverage and spread

Leverage and spread both are cardinal facilities provided by a broker. We mostly consider these two facilities while choosing a broker. Through checking these two facilities I selected Trade12 broker. Due to high leverage I can extend my trading lot and the broker takes a small amount of charge from me. That’s why it seems very easy to me. I am really having such an ECN broker.

It is important for inexperienced traders who are new to trading Forex, or indeed new to trading on any financial markets, to completely understand the concepts of leverage and spreads. Too often new traders are impatient to begin trading and fail to grasp the importance and impact these two critical success factors will have on the outcome of their potential success. I am a scalper and I am trading with AAFX which give me variable leverage options up to 1:2000 and very tight Forex spreads.
