Using margin in Forex trading is a new concept for many traders, and one that is often misunderstood. Margin is a good faith deposit that a trader puts up for collateral to hold open a position. More often than not margin gets confused as a fee to a trader. Trade12 charges a little amount of margin level to their traders with the high leverage and the amount is flexible like more than 1:400.

Re: Margin requirement
Margin account is the minimum sum of money that a trader has to put in his account with the broker. Generally lower margin account is favorable for a trader. It is also considered as an investment for a trader. I have to pay generally pay little margin, minimum margin is $100, with my broker AAFX and against this minimum margin it is providing me low and fixed 1 pip spread, high leverage of 1:2000, 35% welcoming bonus, 30% redeposit bonus.
