How is your broker customer support?

I have been trading with Trade12 broker for a long time. According to my experience I would like share my view in regard of the broker:
-high security of funding as they use several reputed bank accounts,
-no restrictions for pending orders,-ECN accounts with lowest commission,
-smart bridge technology forscalping and hedging,
-wide range of deposit bonus with the lowest condition.

Luckily I didn’t have to test my broker’s customer care support too much as I didn’t face too many problems with my broker AAFX. I have been trading with this broker for almost 4 years. In during this time I have only talked to their customer care for once. And they did pretty well at that time. They were very polite and helpful to me. I am still hoping to not testing it any further.
